Preparation of a study on the implementation of public lighting in the territory of the city of Valjevo

The company Smart Energy Investment Kft secured grants from the Hungarian state in the amount of EUR 82,857 for the preparation of a study on the implementation of public lighting in the territory of the city of Valjevo. Hungary's budget funds are aimed at the development of the Western Balkans, with the aim of achieving results in accordance with the Paris Climate Agreement. The project, in addition to the overall analysis and measurement of the public lighting infrastructure, includes a conceptual design that aims to predict the best and most efficient solution for the public lighting system. Company Smart Energy Investment Kft was provided by the state of Hungary, through a fund Western Balkan Green Center (WBGC) grants in the amount of 29,000,000 million Ft-I (82,857 EUR) for the preparation of a study on the implementation of public lighting in the territory of the city of Valjevo. The project, in addition to the overall analysis and measurement of the public lighting infrastructure, also includes a conceptual design that aims to predict the best and most efficient solution for the public lighting system with SMART elements. In locations where there is no public lighting network, installation of a new generation is planned LED lamps. "Exactly projects like this one in Valjevo are significant and visible to ordinary citizens, who in this case will have better lighting, and the city will have lower costs," said Honorary Consul of Hungary in Serbia Nemanja Milutinović. The project contributes to energy efficiency, increasing the safety of citizens, as well as achieving savings in electricity consumption and reducing the budget costs of the City of Valjevo.
