To gain a detailed insight into the situation on the ground in the context of implementing public lighting projects, the team at Smart Energy Investment (Kft) has developed an innovative application called SEIv.

This application is designed for the preparation, monitoring, implementation, and quality assurance of services, providing project data, lighting fixtures, and implementation dynamics in real-time all in one place.

The application was first implemented in the Municipality of Čoka and is currently being used for nine projects under the public-private partnership model.

The SEIv application enables the collection of all data on the previous state of the field, the new LED system, the maintenance of new lighting fixtures, and system consumption at each measurement point in one place. Our system for monitoring the LED lights we install is unique and there is currently no similar comprehensive system in Serbia or the region.

The SEIv application contains an overview of all projects in local governments where new public lighting is being implemented, with precise data on all streets, poles, and fixtures. It also allows for the exact positioning of the location of the fixture scheduled for replacement.

During installation, technicians scan the QR code on each fixture and accurately locate the coordinates on the map where they install them. Each fixture has a unique QR code that enables precise identification of the location where the fixture is installed.

With the SEIv application, we verify the accuracy of the fixture data. Through the application, we have insight into the list of all malfunctions, which can result from faults, lightning strikes, or disrupted lighting schedules.

The application also allows for the tracking of maintenance history, with precise data on when each fixture was replaced, the reasons for the overhaul, the replacement of lamp serial numbers, and more.
